Camelia Crîșmariu is a psychologist with right of independent practice in the field of Special Psychopedagogy. She is a graduate of Special Psychopedagogy at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Bucharest, she holds a MA in Logopedics Therapy of Speech and Communication Disorders from the same university, she graduated the MA in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Clemson University and an MA in Cognitive Psychodiagnosis and Psychological Counseling at the Ecologic University in Bucharest. In 2020, Carmen also became BCaBA certified.

Camelia started to practice behavior intervention in 2009, while in 2015 she started her collaboration with the Help Autism Association, where she is now the Coordinator of the Logopedics Department. She also coordinates intervention plans for children and hosts evaluations and initiation courses in ABA therapy.
