Presentation: EUREKA - STIAE Method
Abstract:
Eureka is an educational cognitive stimulation program that combines the principles of the STIAE (Senses-Technology-Innovation-Art-Environment) method with those of the game, offering children the emotional support they need. In Eureka we make use of children's curiosity and launch daily challenges that children must solve and build a plan for, to create different objects, thus developing both critical and analytical thinking, intensive game development, complex development of skills through activities and experiments, and the conversational structures.
The term Eureka comes from the Greek interjection “Heureka” which means “to discover”. Even if we do not shout "Eureka", as Archimedes did, we enjoy every success of the little ones and we are always looking for innovative, stimulating and adapted solutions for each child so that they reach their maximum potential in each area of development.
The concept is based on experiential learning, which aims to transform theoretical notions into practical notions, the children actively participating in this process.
