This presentation will be in English.

Abstract: At this year’s ABA Conference, participants will learn how to diagnose the root causes of performance challenges using the PDC By leveraging the ABC model for performance diagnostics. Moreover, attendees will learn ways to guide and support staff effectively by incorporating performance diagnostics and organizational behavior management (OBM) into their supervisory practices. This approach results in evidence-based supervision practices that enhance staff engagement and performance and translate to improved client outcomes.
